Experienced Certified Life Coach in London - Ayesha Murray Coaching

I’ve been where you are - struggling to find a balance between work and home life, unsure of how to restart a career that took a back seat so you could focus on family. It’s feels impossible, and it's not unusual to think that the ship of opportunities has sailed.

As an experienced Life Coach in London, I'm here to tell you that doesn't have to be the case.

Finding Opportunity in Uncertainty

As someone who has been through the career change, I understand how difficult it can be to rediscover your purpose and motivation. As an accredited EMCC Life Coach in London, I also know that when you emerge from a career that has been put on pause, you're presented with a clean slate, an opportunity to refine your focus and redefine your purpose.

Rather than facing the future with a sense of foreboding, I can teach you how to identify and seize the opportunities provided by your current situation. I can also demonstrate in no uncertain terms that the idea that you must choose between family and career is simply not true.

First Things First

Uncertainty is often a product of confused priorities, so one of the first things I do with new clients is find out what makes them tick. Often, while focusing on family, they lose sight of the personal and professional goals that drove them earlier in life. There is also no doubt that with family, new priorities have emerged. Due to changing responsibilities and a slew of new demands on their time and attention,  their once manageable priority list has become a priority puzzle with no clear solution. Both family and career wind up feeling the effects of this unfocused energy.

Working Together To Find Your Future

Working with a professional coach will help you decipher the confusion. You can be sure it won't be exactly the same as it was pre-family, but it will be clear, true and actionable and will form a solid platform from which to explore your full potential.

Another vital part of my job as a Life Coach in London is to help you rediscover your confidence. Confidence that has often been shattered in an attempt to reclaim a career without devising a clear strategy first. Simply expecting to step back into the fray as if you had never left is unrealistic. You need to know why you are doing what you are doing and precisely what you hope to accomplish. I can help you work through all of this.

Just as importantly, I can help you with personal development that will help you put your family situation into proper perspective and allocate your time and energy more effectively. That way, you can free yourself from the guilt that you inevitably feel as a busy working parent.
