This Emotions Visualisation activity is useful to help raise your self awareness about the relationship you have with your emotions and is particularly useful when:

  • You're experiencing a number of emotions in relation to achieving your goal

  • You're stuck with a particular emotion

  • You have conflicting emotions about a goal
